What companies are being rebranded?
Wescott Technologies, Lockstep Education, BridgeTek Solutions, Transformyx, ProComputing, and ProComputing Services have rebranded as Lockstep Technology Group.
Why are these companies being rebranded?
These legacy businesses, each with their own incredible histories and strong reputations in their respective regions, have been operating as one company since 2023. Together, as Lockstep Technology Group, we are the leading IT solutions provider to mission-driven organizations throughout the Southeastern United States. As such, it is important that Lockstep identifies as a single organization with one clear, cohesive vision for serving our customers.

Will state contracts change?
North Carolina and Georgia State Contracts have changed to Lockstep Technology Group, LLC. All other state contracts will change at a future point to Lockstep Technology Group, LLC. We will update this website accordingly.
How will quotes, invoices, and other key templates change?
All quotes, invoices, and other templated documents exclusively feature the Lockstep Technology Group logo and branding.
For a transitional period, some documents may include language referencing the names of the legacy businesses to avoid confusion.
Will all domains be consolidated?
Lockstep Technology Group’s email domain is @lockstepgroup.com. At times, legacy domains are still referenced if necessary.
Will the emails that I receive from automated systems change?
Yes, please note the following changes:
- Support tickets will be sent to support@lockstepgroup.com instead of help@tfmx.com and oscsupport@lockstepgroup.com, regardless of location.
- Responses to customers will be sent from the same support@lockstepgroup.com email. When the system sends an auto-generated response, the sender will appear as “Lockstep Support”. However, when an engineer responds, it will display their name as the sender, alongside the support@lockstepgroup.com address.
